The Board of Directors for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 163 meets each month at the 7926 Hwy 6 North, Houston, 77095. Meetings are typically held at 11:00 a.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month, and are open to the public. The Board welcomes and encourages District residents to attend.
